Strategic Preliminary Plan
Course: Strategic Planning
During my fall 2023 semester, I took a strategic Planning course and completed an individual project. The project was a Strategic Preliminary Plan for a selected healthcare organization that delivers direct patient care. I selected Hendricks Regional Health Brownsburg Hospital. My PowerPoint consisted of 30 slides, including an internal/environment assessment, organization core values, competitors, and SWOT analysis.
My Personal Leadership Philosophy Statement
My sophomore year in college I was assigned a writing prompt to expand upon my idea of leadership and what kind of leader I want to be. This assignment helped me understand different leadership styles and how they can affect workplace culture. I believe your workplace culture and leader have the biggest impact on overall work experiences.
