Professional Goals

I would like to relocate to Henderson, Nevada. Which is 15 minutes from Las Vegas, where there is big tourism and major hospital networks. I want to work in a hospital setting where I can gain experience working with different departments, clinical groups, and other leaders. I like seeing an active change in a patient environment, being involved in patient experience/quality, and supporting clinical teams. My second option would be a medical practice with a max of 4-8 providers.

 

The type of work I want to do is work with clinical staff and administration to properly staff many floors (manage call-offs / resource pool staffing), and monitor patient experience/quality metrics and policy/ safety guidelines. Including employee education, making sure everyone knows network policies, and completing needed learning and working guidelines. After gaining years of experience I want to move into the role of being a physician/surgeon recruiter for hospitals by helping develop contracts and term agreements.
